Baker House

This project is currently in the design stage. The goal is to develop a flexible house plan allowing for an option to lock off the second floor. This gives the owners options for extra bedrooms, a rental unit, or live in assistance as they “age in place”. With south facing glazing and concrete floors/patio we hope to passively heat the entire house.
