At 2atara Design + Construction, we’re proud to support local efforts that promote creativity, sustainability, and cultural empowerment. Recently, we sponsored two impactful events on Bainbridge Island.

Odyssey Talent Show Fundraiser for Melanesian Women Today
This student-driven event, organized by middle school students, set a record for Melanesian Women Today (MWT), a Bainbridge-founded organization dedicated to empowering women and girls in Melanesian communities through education and cultural pride. The event brought together about 200 community members and showcased local talent.

ReFashion Sewdown
We also supported the ReFashion Sewdown at the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art, celebrating sustainable fashion. Artists transformed scrap fabrics into innovative outfits, with a lively runway show.

Supporting these efforts reflects our commitment to fostering positive change—through community, creativity, and cultural pride. We thank everyone involved and look forward to supporting more local initiatives.
