Project Management and project detailing through PHC Construction.  Craden worked closely with local advocate-for-change and Rotarian Jim Chapel and other key community members.  Working with PHC construction he developed all project details, construction drawings, and budgets.  He also leveraged local subcontractors and supporters to donate along with PHC a total of $190,000 to the project.
